Eddie Munson, the well-known American actor and director, died on April 10th 2021 at the age of 77. His cause of death was a stroke. Before his death, Eddie Munson had been suffering from ill health for some time. He had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2014 and had become increasingly frail in recent years.

Eddie Munson was born on October 20th 1934 in New York City. His father worked as a waiter while his mother looked after their home and raised Eddie and his two brothers. Eddie studied at Brooklyn College before going on to pursue an acting career.

Munson made his first television appearance in 1959, but it wasn’t until 1965 that he began to gain recognition for his work. That year he appeared alongside Warren Beatty in the film Bonnie and Clyde, which went on to win four Academy Awards.
