The Carhartt brand is no longer in production. The iconic workwear label was canceled by parent company VF Corporation in early 2021, following a series of lawsuits over the brand’s alleged use of child labor.

Carhartt was one of the most popular workwear brands in the world, with a strong fanbase and cult following. The Detroit-based label was founded by Hamilton Carhartt in 1889 and has been producing high-quality clothing for workers ever since. In its heyday, it was one of the most popular brands for blue collar workers, who could be seen wearing Carhartt jackets on construction sites and farms across America.

However, that all changed when VF Corporation announced that it would be canceling the Carhartt brand in 2021. This announcement came after a series of lawsuits were filed against VF Corporation alleging that it had been using child labor to produce its products for years. In response to these allegations, VF Corporation canceled all future orders for new products from its suppliers and began to cancel existing orders as well.
