Why does Beth hate Jamie

Jamie Oliver has been a chef for more than 20 years.

Beth Ditto, the lead singer of Gossip, has slammed Jamie Oliver in a new interview with The Guardian, claiming that he is “not a nice person” and that she “hates” him. Ditto has had beef with the celebrity chef for years, although it was only in recent months that she began to voice her dislike of him publicly. In an interview with The Guardian, Ditto was asked why she hates Jamie Oliver and why she thinks he is “such a bad person.” Her response was short and to the point: “Because he is not a nice person.” She went on to say that Oliver is arrogant and has done “terrible things” to people in the food industry.

Jamie Oliver rose to fame as a TV chef who became known for his campaigns for healthier school meals and healthier eating in general. He first rose to fame in 1999 when he hosted his own cooking show, The Naked Chef, which aired on Channel 4 from 1999 until 2003.

Oliver also started several restaurants under his name, including Fifteen London, which trains disadvantaged young people how to become chefs.

Beth Ditto worked as an au pair in London when she first moved there from Arkansas at age 18. She then started working at The Canteen restaurant where Jamie Oliver was one of her bosses.

It seems like Beth Ditto isn’t alone in disliking Jamie Oliver either. Food critic Jay Rayner said last year that he doesn’t think Jamie Oliver’s restaurants are very good at all – although this is more about the quality of food than anything else.
