Jersey Shore is returning to MTV, but not everyone from the original cast will be back. The original series aired from 2009 to 2012 and featured a group of young people living in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. It was one of MTV’s most popular shows and spawned several spin-offs and reunion specials. The upcoming season will see a few familiar faces return to the house, but Ronnie Ortiz-Magro won’t be one of them.
The new season will air on MTV this fall, but it won’t feature Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. Ronnie played a major role in the first three seasons of Jersey Shore as a main cast member. He left the show after Season 3 due to creative differences with producers over his relationship with Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola.
