Who is Rishi Sunak?

Rishi Sunak was born in 1979 and raised in London. He went on to study at Oxford University and Harvard Business School before working for both JP Morgan and Credit Suisse. In 2010, he joined Deutsche Bank as an investment banker before being appointed head of corporate finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa in 2013. In 2015, he left Deutsche Bank to work for a family investment business, but returned to the world of politics when Prime Minister Boris Johnson appointed him Chancellor of the Exchequer in June 2020.
