American Idol judge Katy Perry has been forced to pull out of a planned concert tour with her daughter, Kenedi. The singer had been due to appear alongside her 11-year-old in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Toronto as part of the ‘Witness’ tour. However, it was announced on October 25th that Perry would no longer be appearing in the shows after a breakdown in relations between her and Kenedi’s father, who is also Perry’s ex-husband.

Katy Perry had previously stated that she was looking forward to working with Kenedi on the Witness tour. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she said: “I’m so excited because I get to share this experience with my daughter. She gets a chance to come onstage and perform with me every night.” It is not yet clear whether Kenedi will still appear at any of the concerts or if other guests will take her place.
