Coldplay’s next album is rumored to be titled “Why You Gotta Be So Cold?”

Chris Martin, frontman of British rock band Coldplay, has announced that the band’s upcoming album will be titled “Why You Gotta Be So Cold?”. The news comes after months of speculation about the name of the band’s follow-up to their 2015 album A Head Full of Dreams. The group has yet to release any singles from the upcoming record and no release date has been announced.

The title was revealed by Martin during a secret concert in Los Angeles on October 27th. The event was held at Capitol Records Studios and streamed live on Facebook. The singer also announced that he had written a song for his wife, actress Jennifer Lawrence, called “You Are My Favourite Thing”.
