The show usually takes place in Port Charles, New York but for this special episode it will take place in London. As well as the usual cast members, there will be a few special guests who have been confirmed to appear including Jake Maskall (Dylan Jenkins), Ryan Carnes (Lucas Jones), and Kim Matula (Elizabeth Webber).
