Florida State is wearing blue because of the death of a player’s father.

On October 26th, Florida State announced that they would be wearing their blue uniforms for the game against Miami on October 27th. This is because one of their players, quarterback Deondre Francois’s father had passed away earlier in the day. The team decided to wear blue as a tribute to him.
