Fez’s beef with Nate is a long-standing one.

There are many reasons why Fez hates Nate, but the first time we hear about it is in Season 1 Episode 6, The Apartment. In this episode, Fez is trying to get the apartment that Ruxin and Pete have been using as a place to host their fantasy football drafts. Ruxin and Pete try to convince him that they need the apartment because they need somewhere private to talk about their women’s league. Fez responds by saying “I don’t hate women. I just hate you.” It seems that Nate was involved in this women’s league at some point, which is why Fez has such a hatred for him.

The next time we hear about Fez hating Nate is in Season 2 Episode 10, The Proposal, when he tries to get out of helping with his friends’ proposal for Andre by claiming he has plans with Nate. It turns out that he doesn’t have plans with Nate but it would be better if he did so he can avoid doing anything wedding related.

The third time we hear about this hatred between the two men is in Season 3 Episode 8, The Handicap Spot. In this episode, Ruxin wants to win an award from an online handicapping website called SportsBookie.com and asks his friends for help handicapping games so they can win more money than usual on the site.
