At the time of writing, Spotify’s website remains down and its app is not working properly for many users. Users are unable to log in or listen to music on their mobile devices, and some are also reporting that they can’t even access the Spotify website.

The company has said that it will be updating customers via Twitter about any progress it makes toward resolving the issues.
