The problem first came to light on October 2nd when Snapchat users began reporting issues with sending snaps on Twitter. The official Snapchat Support account acknowledged that there was an issue and said it was working on a fix.
But despite this assurance, complaints continued over the next few days. On October 4th, Snapchat Support tweeted again to say that it was still working on a fix for the issue.
