Ajaz Khan’s legal team will argue that his alleged sex tape is not a crime under Indian law.
Ajaz Khan, the former Bigg Boss contestant who was arrested for alleged sexual harassment, has been sent to judicial custody until November 27th. Ajaz’s lawyer, Amit Desai, said that the charges against his client were “politically motivated” and added that he will argue in court that the sex tape Ajaz is accused of making is not a crime under Indian law. “I am going to file a bail application today. I have spoken to Ajaz and he is fine. He has been sent to judicial custody and we will be arguing on bail on Monday,” Desai told The Times of India.
Desai also said that Ajaz would plead innocence in court. “He has not done anything wrong and we will prove it in court,” he added.
