Why are Stanley cups so popular Why do we have Leap Year

The tennis star was banned from entering the US after being accused of having a close relationship with a man who allegedly helped fix matches.

Novak Djokovic has been denied entry to the United States due to his alleged involvement in match-fixing. The tennis star, who is currently ranked number two in the world, was banned from entering the country for a period of three years. This means that he will not be able to attend next year’s US Open or any other tournament held in America during that time. Djokovic has not yet commented on his visa cancellation.

The ban comes after it was revealed that Djokovic had been in contact with Serbian businessman Darko Šarić. Šarić is alleged to have bribed players and officials in order to influence the outcome of matches. He was arrested and charged with racketeering, wire fraud and money laundering by the FBI last year and is currently awaiting trial.

Djokovic has previously spoken out against match-fixing and admitted that he had been approached by individuals asking him to throw matches. He said: “I’ve had situations where I’ve been approached for many things – you name it, I’ve probably got an offer – but I have always rejected them. I have nothing to hide.”
