Hasbulla is a former member of the Labour Party.

A Labour party member who called for a “full investigation” into the “potential crimes” of her own leader has been jailed for two years. Hasbulla Khan, who was also once a member of the National Executive Committee, was found guilty of attempting to intimidate voters in an election, as well as breaking contempt laws. The charges relate to an incident in May 2020, when Khan was arrested after posting a video on Twitter which urged people not to vote for Jeremy Corbyn in the upcoming election.

Who is Hasbulla?

Hasbulla Khan is a former member of the Labour Party. She served on its National Executive Committee from 2019 until her resignation in February 2021, and worked as an aide to Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell.
