The Bachelor was canceled after a contestant had a panic attack during the rose ceremony.
On the first episode of the 22nd season of The Bachelor, “lovable weirdo” Jason Mesnick left bachelorette Melissa Rycroft heartbroken when he sent her home instead of choosing her as his final rose. However, it was actually one of Melissa’s fellow contestants who made headlines that night. During the rose ceremony, contestant Talia Aflalo became so anxious that she had to be taken to hospital for treatment. While she was in hospital, Jason decided to give her another chance and asked her to stay on the show.
But unfortunately for Talia, things didn’t work out between them and she ended up leaving after just one week on the show. This led many fans to question why The Bachelor wasn’t airing on January 3rd and what exactly happened with Talia.
