Marcus Rashford is injured and is not playing in the game against Croatia.

Marcus Rashford is one of the most exciting young players in England, but he has been sidelined by an injury sustained during a training session on October 26th. Rashford was not included in the starting lineup for England’s UEFA Nations League match against Croatia on October 12th, so it seems likely that he will miss out again when the team takes to the field on October 16th. The Manchester United forward has been struggling with a knee injury for some time now, and was initially thought to be out for up to six weeks after sustaining it during a training session. This would have meant that he would have missed out on two Premier League games as well as both matches in this international break.

However, it now seems that his recovery has gone better than expected and he could be back sooner than anticipated. While it’s not certain whether or not he will play against Croatia, there are reports that suggest Rashford could return to action much sooner than first expected. The Sun claims that England manager Gareth Southgate has revealed that Rashford could be back as early as November 4th for Manchester United’s home game against Watford.
