The smoke in Denver is from wildfires burning in the west.
Denver residents have been breathing some of the worst air quality in the country today, with visibility down to a quarter of a mile at times. While there are several fires burning across Colorado, most of the smoke is coming from fires in California. The smoke has created hazy conditions and poor visibility for residents.
