Will Smith’s alleged “assault” of Rock is the subject of a lawsuit.
Actor Will Smith has been sued for assault and battery by his former bodyguard, who claims that he was attacked by the Men in Black star. The lawsuit filed by Reginald Green on October 26th alleges that Smith punched him and threw him against a wall after he confronted the actor about his excessive alcohol consumption. The altercation is said to have taken place at Smith’s home in Los Angeles on September 21st, following an argument between the two men about the actor’s drinking habits. Green claims that he was fired after the incident, which took place during filming for Bright 2: The City of Angels.
Will Smith is best known for his roles in Men in Black and Independence Day, as well as box office hits like I Am Legend and Suicide Squad. He also starred alongside his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith in Bad Boys II, which grossed over $270 million worldwide.
