Julia Louis-Dreyfus is back on the set of Veep, just months after she announced that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. The actress was spotted filming the HBO comedy in Baltimore on Monday, October 22nd. It’s her first time back on set since she revealed that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2019. The actress also confirmed that the upcoming seventh season of Veep would be its last.

Louis-Dreyfus, who plays Selina Meyer in Veep, announced her diagnosis in a statement to People magazine. She said: “One in eight women get breast cancer. Today I am the one.” She added: “I have loved playing Selina Meyer and working with HBO and David [the show’s creator] for six seasons and will miss it profoundly.”
