Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Adam Hicks has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of the pop star. The verdict was handed down on August 30th, 2021, following a lengthy trial and two mistrials. Adam Hicks’ defense team argued that the musician had been framed by the CIA and Mossad as part of an international conspiracy to destroy Taylor Swift’s career. The prosecution, however, argued that Hicks killed Swift during a heated argument over his desire to join her band as a drummer.
