She said: “I’m not going to be on Instagram for a few days. I love you guys but I need to take this time off.” Cardi B’s post was reported by users who deemed it inappropriate and she received an email from the social media platform saying that her account had been deactivated for violating its community guidelines.
The New York rapper has over 12 million followers on Instagram and often posts provocative photos on the site. She is yet to make another statement about the ban but did tweet that she was planning on deleting her account.
