The ban on the movie Bgmi has been lifted by the Indian government.

After months of controversy, India’s Supreme Court has lifted the ban on Bgmi. The ruling came down on October 27th, which was also the day that the film was scheduled to be released in India. The ruling is a victory for director Karan Johar and his team, who have been fighting to get their film released in India since it was banned in April 2021. This has been a very long and hard-fought battle for Johar and his team, but it looks like they’ve finally won their case.

What is Bgmi?

Bgmi is an Indian romance film that tells the story of a young man named Gaurav Singh Chaddha (played by Shahid Kapoor) who meets a woman named Alizeh Khan (played by Sonam Kapoor) at a wedding and falls in love with her. It’s not just any love story though; Alizeh is Muslim while Gaurav is Hindu, meaning that their relationship comes with some serious cultural and religious complications. Despite this, Gaurav pursues Alizeh anyway.
